STEP 2: ENGAGE
Being fully engaged in church is about more than merely attending Sunday services. We want to constantly remind people that the church doesn’t exist to serve itself, but those outside its walls. In order to do that effectively and consistently, we need the help of people who share our passion for leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
There are really only 4 things a fully invested Waterloo member does:
1. Serve on the Dream Team
2. Connect in a small group
3. Give to the mission
4. Invite friends who aren’t here yet
The benefits are overwhelming for the individual, but, collectively, when the church is filled with families joyfully living out these four things, nothing can stop our influence in the city. They’re four simple things that not only give the church momentum, but catapult your faith too.
